Our goal is simple; we want you to feel good about yourself and be heart-healthy.  Zumba® fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements meant to engage and make you forget you’re working out.

Required Dance Attire: comfortable workout clothes and water.
