REGISTRATION

BBDC school year is a 10 month school year from September through June. Students may register for lessons at any time of the year. One Registration Form must be completed for each student. Missed lessons or classes due to late registration will be pro-rated. The Studio does not issue refunds or credits due to vacation or religious observation.

TUITION AND FEES

• Tuition is a yearly fee broken down into monthly payments
• Payments are made through auto-debit. There is a non-refundable registration fee for all students of $25.00.
• Accounts not paid by the 10th of the month will incur a $15 late fee.
• Returned checks will incur a $30.00 bank charge.
• Once a check has been returned for non payments only CASH will be accepted.
• No personal checks will be accepted after April 30th of our school year. CASH only.
• Students will not be able to participate in class if account is not current.
• June and Registration Fees are Non Refundable.
• A withdrawal email must sent to the office if a student is stopping lessons.  If this is not done before the 1st of the upcoming month the monthly tuition must be paid.
• Correspondence will be via email. BBDC does not invoice. Payments are due according to your payment schedule.

NSF PAYMENTS

• I hereby authorize the school to electronically debit my bank account for the amount of any NSF paper check or auto-debit transaction plus a $30 NSF fee.

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

• Written notice via email must be given to the office, not the teacher. No withdrawal will be accepted after March 1st.  To withdraw from a class a parent or adult must:
• Inform school administration via email ,
• If a refund is applicable, refunds are processed on 12-15  & 3-15

EXTREME WEATHER OR UNEXPECTED INTERRUPTION OF CLASSES

• If the studio must cancel classes due to extreme weather or events beyond our control, make-ups will be scheduled at the director’s discretion. Call the studio for a pre-recorded message to find out if classes are cancelled.

SUBSTITUTIONS

• Broadway Bound reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach class. If a teacher is ill and we cannot arrange a substitute, any missed classes will be made up.

SHOW/COSTUMES

• A deposit of $60.00 per costume is due by November 1st. Once a costume is ordered your deposit is non-refundable.
• All costume balances are due by February 1.
• If your child takes multiple classes and/or you have siblings in the school, BBDC makes every attempt to get all their routines in one show, however, that cannot be guaranteed and you may need to attend more than one show.
• All accounts must be paid in order for the student to perform in the year-end concert

 PARENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF DATES AND EVENTS

• It is the parents’ responsibility to be aware of all school activities, such as observation days, recitals, extra classes, and dates the school is open or closed. The school will post all such notices on the Information Board as well as emailing reminders home to parents. It is the parent’s responsibility to regularly check these boards and emails to ensure they are informed.

 DANCE CLASS ETIQUETTE

• Tardiness to class is unacceptable. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late to class will only be permitted to observe class for the safety of the student.
• Required dancewear and dance shoes must be worn to all classes. Failure to wear required dancewear to class will result in students being asked to observe only. Students are not permitted to wear jeans or shoes worn on the street or outdoors, to any dance class.
